Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the merchandise cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Products must be shipped with all of their original shipment packaging, including cardboard backing, to be eligible for a refund.
Before returning your item please firstname.lastname@example.org referencing your order number, and giving a brief description as to why you are making the return or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for your item. Once your items are received, and your return is approved the merchandise cost will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
