Encre Studio sells digital templates and other digital design products. Digital products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
Because digital content is supplied immediately, change-of-mind returns are generally not available after the buyer starts editing the template or downloads/exports a file. This does not affect mandatory rights for content that is not delivered, faulty or misdescribed, or for duplicate or unauthorised charges.
